Cheesy Baked Bangus

Cheesy Baked Bangus (Baked milkfish)  is a fish recipe you can quickly make for lunch or dinner. Best partnered with any vegetable dishes. Definitely a great lunch combo! This is so yummy!

Just remember you can add other toppings if you like more flavours to burst in every bite. You can add more garlic if you like it tasty.


Baked Bangus
Course: Main Course
  • 1 large bangus fillet deboned
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 pcs calamansi
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup pickles relish optional
  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt &pepper
  1. Marinate bangus to calamansi and salt.

  2. Then combine garlic, mayonnaise and pickles

  3. Cover the bangus with garlic mixture then add the grated cheese on top.

  4. Bake to 350°F for 20 mins.
