Ingredients
Fried Chicken
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornstach
  • salt& pepper
  • cooking oil
Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato kechup
  • 1/8 cup hot sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • salt& pepper
Instructions
  1. 1. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder.Set aside and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. 2. In a large bowl, make a breadings with cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper. Then toss the chicken wings until fully coated.

  3. 3.Heat the cooking oil in a large pot. Add the wings to the oil in batches, cooking for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

  4. 4. On a separate pot, heat in a medium heat. Add the butter until melted then add the ketchup, hot sauce, sugar,water, vinegar, soysauce, salt&pepper to taste. Simmer until thicken sauce.

  5. 5. Toss the fried wings into the buffalo sauce until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
