- 1 kg pork liempo
- 8 gloves garlic
- 8 pc kalamansi
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketsup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- salt& pepper
1.Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then marinate the pork for 1 hour or overnight.
2.Prepare your grill for cooking. Allow the grill to preheat for 10 minutes.
3.Place the liempo on the hottest part of the grill and sear for 5 minutes on each side and continue cooking until tender.
4.Remove the pork from the grill and allow them to rest before slicing.Serve, share and enjoy.
