Lechon Kawali

Lechon Kawali

Lechon Kawali or pan fried pork is very popular in the Philippines. And it is accompanied with three different sauces: vinegar, soy sauce and Mang Tomas sauce.

Try this easy recipe that is not too complicated but you will surely love. This version is from my friend Albert, he added patis (fish sauce) on this recipe to preserve the salty taste and flavor intensity of the dish. I hope you like it.
