This platter of goodness is a quick and simple recipe that you can make for the whole family. These beefy nachos come from cheesy and hearty toppings. Ingredients of this recipe are just like the tacos except for the nacho chips that we use.

  • 1/2 kg ground beef
  • 2 pcs tomato diced
  • 1 pc white onion chopped
  • 1 bunch lettuce chooped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pc red onion minced
  • 1 bag Nacho chips
  • cheese spread
  • mayonnaise
  • salt & pepper
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Saute onion, garlic and beef. Cook until browned and cooked through about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside

  2. Assemble the Nachos: Arrange half of the chips on a plate. Spread ground beef on top of nachos, followed by the vegetables and top with cheese spread and mayonnaise.
