Chopsuey is a dish made-up of meat and seafood cooked with different kinds of vegetables. This dish is considered to be of Chinese origin but it also one of the top vegetable dishes in the Philippines.
In this recipe, I used the local variations of shrimp, chicken liver and vegetables and I prefer the sauce thickens like the authentic Chinese style.
