  • 2 kg Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 sachet Sinigang mix
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • salt&pepper
  1. Marinate the chicken in Sinigang Mix and fish sauce for 30 minutes

  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Our enough oil then deep fry the marinated chicken wings for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. Do not overcrowd pan when deep frying to achieve crispy and nicely golden brown.

  4. Rest the fried chicken into paper towel to remove excess oil.

You can toss these fried chicken wings on your desired sauce.
